As a client, your job is to provide me with as much details as you can daily. This is a full-time commitment and I only hand-pick the clients that need my help and are internally motivated to achieve their goals. No QUICK FIXES. NO CRASH DIETS.

Strength & Movement is for someone who is looking to build strength in different movement patterns such as

I combine weightlifting, gymnastics and calisthenics into an overall program that allows you not only get stronger but move and look better. Minimize injury and maximize your body’s potential to become a strong, supple and badass human.
