Personal Training Program

PT gives you three options to build towards. Fat Loss, Strength & Movement or Mobility/Flexibility. You choose, we deliver. We will provide you with an onboarding questionnaire to complete, which will help us understand you on a deeper level.

After reviewing your information, our team will select the most suitable trainer for you, taking into account your availability, location, and goals.

Our personal training sessions mainly take place at our gym in Hung Hom. However, we are also available for training sessions at our other locations, including personal training studios and residential clubhouses in Tung Chung, Admiralty, TST, and Lohas Park.

Our Specialization
Fat Loss

Focuses on allowing you to shed fat, build muscle and improve body composition through strength training and building the right habits outside of training to give your body the necessary fuel and stimulus to change.

As a Fat Loss Coach, the more I know about you and your lifestyle, the easier it will be for me to help you. My coaching involves all aspects of your lifestyle.

Fat Loss happens outside of the gym. Fat loss happens in the kitchen. It happens during your 7-8 hours of sleep. It happens in your daily walks. It is a result of the healthier habits that you create.

As a client, your job is to provide me with as much details as you can daily. This is a full-time commitment and I only hand-pick the clients that need my help and are internally motivated to achieve their goals. No QUICK FIXES. NO CRASH DIETS.

Strength & Movement

Strength & Movement is for someone who is looking to build strength in different movement patterns such as

  •  Barbell Squats
  •  Chin Ups
  •  Dips
  •  Handstand Push ups
  •  One Arm Chin Ups

We combine weightlifting, gymnastics, and calisthenics into a comprehensive program that helps you get stronger, move better, and look better. Reduce injury risk and unlock your body’s full potential to become a powerful, flexible, and confident human.

Mobility/Flexibility

We also provide mobility/flexibility training, designed to help you become more flexible, move freely and fix nagging shoulder, back and hip pains

You describe your pains/history of injuries and we provide the solution.

Along the way, once you have established a strong foundation for your mobility/flexibility, we can build custom programs to help you achieve cool party tricks to allow you to demonstrate your new found ability to move freely such as

  • Back Bridge
  • Skin the Cat
  • Touching your toes (palms to floor)
  • Middle Splits

Our body can achieve anything! It’s designed to move freely. You aren’t supposed to be in chronic pain. You just haven’t found our mobility training yet!
