Adrenalean Fitness Group Training Tribe We provide personalized training in a group setting! Our group classes are held in two locations, Tung Chung Bermuda Park & India Club Kowloon

Our environment allows you to build yourself up at your own pace! It’s more fun to train in a group with a coach monitoring your weekly progress than to run on a treadmill and train alone in the gym.

Our group classes are different from the general norm of boot camps you have tried in the past. You must be tired of going to bootcamp who treat you like a number, make you do 100s of burpees, high knees and jumping jacks, and call it a workout!

With AdrenaLean Fitness, we cater to individuals personally to allow them time to build up their strength, consistency, and confidence gradually over a block of 4-6 weeks.

Each class is limited to 10-12 people only, allowing for more personalized coaching and effective use of equipment. We rather have 10 committed members who are consistent and looking to improve than 30 members who show up when they feel like it.

Our 4–6-week training blocks give you ample time to learn new movements, build your strength and coordination on a week-to-week basis, and ultimately master them through repeated action

Join our tribe if you are someone who wants a clear personalized path to your goals! We build everyone up the same way, through a solid foundation in the way you move.

The first 8 weeks of your journey will be focused on building a strong foundation by mastering the basics such as push ups, rows, split squats and Romanian deadlifts. We want our new tribe members to nail down the foundations before they progress to bigger and advanced lifts. The stronger the base, the stronger your structure!

  •  Want to physically develop themselves to be stronger, mobile, and flexible
  •  Are willing to commit to training regularly and progressing on the movements on a week-to-week basis
  •  Open to unlearning misconceptions about health & fitness and building new foundational skills and knowledge
  •  Have specific goals to achieve such as strength, movement, or fat loss

Adrenalean Fitness is not for people who:

  •  Are looking for a quick fix or an over-night weight loss program
  •  Are looking to do 100s of burpees, mountain climbers, and crunches just to get a good ‘sweat’ and call it an intense workout
  •  Don’t have a particular strength or physical goal and are just attending sessions to get some ‘exercise’ in

Our roadmap to the top involves movements like 

  •   Chin Ups/Pull Ups
  •  Dips
  •  Weighted Push-ups
  •  Barbell Squats/Barbell Deadlifts
  •  Handstands
